How do I view my paycheck?

Eden Prairie Schools has officially transitioned to the Skyward Finance & HR system! Beginning with your first paycheck of 2026, all paychecks and other payroll paperwork will appear in Skyward instead of the Employee Access Center.

Starting Jan. 1, 2026, you can find the new links below.

• Skyward Employee Access: View new paychecks, W-2s and other payroll paperwork.
  • Note: The 2025 W-2 will still appear in the OLD Employee Access Center.
• OLD Employee Access Center: View paychecks, W-2s and other paperwork from before Jan. 1, 2026. These documents will remain available until Jan. 1, 2027.
• Skyward Administrative Access: Submit and approve purchase orders.
