How can I access the Eden Prairie Schools email and presentation templates?
Email Templates
We are one school district, one Eagle Nation and one brand. We have created an email signature template for each staff member to use to ensure consistency across the district.
Simply copy and paste the email signature template into your email signature field in Outlook and change the name to your name, position to your position, phone number to your phone number and building name and address to your building. Including your personal pronouns is optional.
If you are using the web version of Outlook, you will need to add the Eden Prairie Schools logo as a picture using this logo image.
Components of this signature cannot be removed. You are welcome to add elements including links to a professional social media site or links to your professional classroom, school or department website.
