W-2 forms now available

The end of January means cold, blustery weather (except today, when it’s 40 degrees) — and that your electronic W-2 is now available in the Employee Access Center. To view your W-2:

• Log in to the Employee Access Center.
• On the left sidebar, click “Salary and Benefits” > “Tax Forms.”
• Click 2024 “W-2.”

If you did not opt out of receiving a paper W-2 form, a printed form will be sent to the mailing address you have on file in the Employee Access Center. All printed W-2 forms are sent by Jan. 31 and should be delivered within two weeks.
