Optional Lunch & Learns
Option 1: Belonging By Design: Turning Inclusion Into Everyday Action | Dr. Adolph Brown
You’ll love Dr. Brown’s Keynote speech — and here’s your chance to go deeper! Go beyond awareness to reexamining and reforming practices, policies, systems and structures to create inclusive, equitable environments where belonging flourishes. We’ll focus on creating brave spaces where individuals feel emotionally secure to share, challenge and learn from one another. RSVP is optional, but appreciated for planning.

Option 2: Sound Bath & Guided Meditation: Wellspring Health Center
Calm the mind, relax the body and immerse yourself in beautiful healing sounds. Guided by professional musician and sound healer Kristen Wertenberger and meditation guide Jaime Pellegrene, this evidence-based practice uses research-backed methods to reduce stress and enhance well-being. We’ll have a yoga mat and a box lunch ready — relaxation awaits! Space is limited, and an RSVP is required. Sponsored by our valued partners at Wellspring Health Center.
